This Privacy Policy explains what information Allstar Lending collects when you use this website or submit a loan request, how that information is used and shared, and the choices you have about it. The summary version: we collect what the request form asks for plus standard website data, we share request data with the lending network because that is the service, and we do not sell browsing data to data brokers.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit a loan request, you provide contact details (name, email, phone, address), financial details (income, employer, pay frequency, bank account information), and identification details the form requests. When you email or call us, we keep the correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you. This site does not run third-party behavioral advertising trackers.

How We Use Information

Request information is used for exactly what you submitted it for: connecting you with lenders in the network who may make you an offer. We also use information to operate and secure the website, respond to your messages, comply with legal obligations, and — if you opt in — send service updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.

How We Share Information

With the lending network. Submitting a request authorizes us to share it with participating lenders and network partners so they can evaluate it and respond. Lenders who receive it handle it under their own privacy policies, which they present before you sign anything.

With service providers. Companies that host the site, deliver email, or help prevent fraud process data on our behalf under contract.

For legal reasons. We disclose information when the law requires it, or when disclosure is necessary to protect against fraud or enforce our terms.

We do not sell your browsing history, and we do not share request data with anyone who is not part of delivering the service described above.

How We Protect Information

Request data travels encrypted in transit, access inside the company is limited to people who need it to do their jobs, and we retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. No internet transmission is perfectly secure — a promise of perfect security would itself be a red flag — but industry-standard safeguards are in place and reviewed.

Your Choices & Rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights — including the right to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise any of them, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request” — we verify and respond to every request.

Unsubscribing from emails takes one click on the link in any message. Blocking cookies in your browser also works against the site's basic analytics, at no cost to how pages function.

Children, Other Sites & Changes

This site is for adults: it is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. Links to lender sites and other third parties lead to privacy practices we do not control — read theirs as closely as you read ours. When this policy changes materially, the change appears on this page.

Questions about this policy can go to [email protected] or to Allstar Lending, 9091 Brookside Boulevard, Suite 515, Hartford, CT 06106, or (888) 295-0662.
